Optimax 610

Ultra-High Performance Neat Cutting Fluid

Optimax 610 is recommended for severe metal-cutting and grinding applications where the surface finish is critical particularly on difficult to machine materials including High Tensile, Stainless Steels, Carbide and Exotic Alloys for use on:

  • CNC Lathe, Bar and Sliding Heads Machines for Turning, Drilling, Gun Drilling, Reaming, Boring, Tapping and Forming operations.

Optimax 520

High Performance Neat Cutting Fluid

Optimax 520 is recommended for arduous metal-cutting and grinding applications where tool life and surface finish is critical particularly on medium to high tensile steels, stainless steels and aerospace alloys such as titanium and inconel:
  • CNC Lathe, Bar and Sliding Heads Machines for Turning, Drilling, Gun Drilling, Reaming, Boring and Tapping operations.

Optimax 510

High Performance Neat Cutting Fluid

Optimax 510 is recommended for arduous metal-cutting and grinding applications where the surface finish is critical particularly on medium to high tensile steels and light machining operation on difficult to machine materials including stainless steels:

Lubysil BCN 12

High Performance Neat Cutting Fluid

Lubysil BCN 12 is a chlorine free, high performance neat cutting oil. Used as received for machining medium to high tensile steel, yellow metals, aluminium alloys and stainless steel. Especially suited for high speed sliding head and multi - slide machines. As the product is formulated using high viscosity index base oils the product can also be used as a lubricating oil where a viscosity of ISO 10-22 is required and therefore can be utilised in automatic machines where cross leakage into gearboxes can occur.
